provided valuable insights into commercial real estate. The sale of the chain of 25 clubs to Goodlife in 2009 was the impetus for growth for the Boris Group.

In addition to working closely with the growing Boris Holdings team and the developing portfolio, Dean enjoys assisting prospective tenants, buyers, entrepreneurial start-ups, and developers on articulating their vision and assisting with their plans and processes.

A graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, Dean is a past board member of the Dartmouth General Hospital Foundation and has served on numerous fund-raising and not for profit committees. He volunteered for many years as a minor hockey coach and now most enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren and family while leading an active healthy lifestyle.

Currently, Tanya is the Director of WORKSPACE Atlantic and President of Mattie Capital. She is an active community volunteer, involved in fundraising with the Canadian Progress Club- Halifax Cornwallis, Family SOS, Oakfield Golf Club, Karing Kitchen in Moncton and the Woodlawn United Church. Phoenix Youth nominated her for the 2016 Maritime Philanthropy Awards as Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser.

Staying active with yoga, golf, kayaking, and biking are high on Tanya’s priority list as is travel and spending time with her four grandchildren.

When Brenda is not solving problems she loves vintage cars, enjoys buying and renovating homes, and spending time with family.

Through this time he has also been an owner and partner in several business ventures in food distribution, power tool repair, welding supplies, and residential construction.

Jeff is a proud father of three very active athletic sons and spends his spare time on soccer fields and in curling and hockey rinks.

As an Architect Graduate from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Juliana brings extensive international experience as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities while working under deadline pressure. She has a solid background in both design and working drawings.

When not in the design mode, Juliana enjoys exploring Nova Scotia trails and engaging with her furry feline friends.
